What are you going to do about the crime?
What is a crime? By definition it is an act or the commission of an act that is forbidden or the omission of a duty that is commanded by a public law and that makes the offender liable to punishment by that law. In layman’s terms, the act of breaking a law. A person who is found guilty of breaking a law is a criminal.

Citizens of Kenosha are asking for a reduction in crime, yet more our State Government has decided it is wise to create even more laws. The most recent have been the Smoking Ban, mandatory auto insurance, mandatory seatbelts and no texting while driving. While Law Enforcement Officers are busy being forced to issue tickets and fines to average citizens, the real criminals committing violent crimes against others are no longer in the spotlight.

The answer to taking a real stance on crime isn’t creating nanny state laws that prevent law abiding citizens from hurting themselves. The answer is the let Law Enforcement concentrate on violent crime prevention and give our justice system the actual teeth to prosecute actual criminals to the fullest extent.
